A nonprofit research, education, and cultural organization rooted in natural farming, elite genetics, and holistic healing.
Gage Green Group is an independent organization dedicated to advancing regenerative agriculture, plant science, and healing-centered culture. Our work brings together practical cultivation knowledge, genetics stewardship, educational publishing, and community programs under one institutional mission.
What began as a pioneering force in genetics and organic cultivation has evolved into a broader platform for research and public benefit. We now operate with a long-term focus: preserving knowledge, developing resilient systems, and contributing meaningful tools for growers, healers, and future generations.
Our mission is to advance natural farming, plant science, and holistic healing through research, education, and cultural stewardship.
We document what works. We preserve what matters. We build systems that support life.
We are building a trusted institution for regenerative knowledge—one that unites ancestral farming wisdom, modern biotechnology, community education, and ecological design.
Our vision is a future where cultivation is not extractive, health is not disconnected from nature, and plant knowledge is treated as a living inheritance.
Practice before theory
Our work is grounded in lived cultivation experience, not abstract branding.
Science with soul
We value rigor, documentation, and method—without removing the cultural and spiritual dimensions of plant stewardship.
Legacy with evolution
We honor our genetics and cannabis achievements while expanding into a broader framework of biotechnology, natural farming, and public education.
Institution-building mindset
We are building for permanence: archives, programs, publications, partnerships, and infrastructure that can support the mission across generations.
Gage Green Group emerged through cultivation excellence, genetics innovation, and a deep commitment to organic methods. Over time, the organization became known not only for award-winning work, but for a broader philosophy: quality, integrity, stewardship, and knowledge-sharing.
As the organization grew, so did the scope of the mission. Today, GGG is expanding into a more complete institutional model—one that includes research initiatives, healing-centered product development, educational programs, public media, and future-facing infrastructure.
Michael Jie Shen Fang
Founder and Institutional Lead
Fang is the founder and visionary behind Gage Green Group and its broader ecosystem of genetics, cultivation, education, and cultural initiatives. His work spans plant breeding, natural farming, media, events, and long-term institution building. Through GGG, he has helped shape modern cultivation culture while advancing a larger mission rooted in regenerative systems, healing, and stewardship.
As institutional lead, Fang directs the long-range development of GGG’s research platform, educational initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
Stewardship
We work with plants, genetics, and ecosystems as living inheritances—not disposable commodities.
Integrity
We prioritize truth in process, transparency in sourcing, and honesty in documentation.
Regeneration
We support systems that restore soil, culture, and community health over time.
Education
Knowledge should be preserved, clarified, and shared in forms that benefit others.
Beauty and Meaning
The future of science and agriculture must remain connected to art, spirit, and human dignity.
GGG is committed to building a durable public-benefit institution with clear governance, ethical standards, and responsible stewardship of resources. As the organization grows, we are developing stronger systems for documentation, partnerships, and impact reporting to support long-term trust and accountability.
Our approach is grounded in real-world cultivation and strengthened through documentation, collaboration, and long-term stewardship.
