COMMERCIAL USE & LICENSING
Acquisition of this clone does not grant any commercial, sublicensing, breeding, resale, trademark, or derivative rights.
Any use of Fairytale for commercial cultivation, processing, branding, resale, distribution, breeding, research, or derivative works requires a separate, written licensing agreement executed with Gage Green Group.
Commercial use without authorization constitutes:

BREEDER RIGHTS & ROYALTIES
Gage Green Group expressly reserves all breeder rights, including but not limited to:

• Licensing fees for branded or unbranded production
• Rights to control derivative breeding, crosses, or stabilization
• Rights to approve or deny third-party propagation or research
No rights are waived by sale, transfer, or possession unless expressly granted in writing.
