What it does

Research, read in full

No snippet, headnote or summary stands in for an opinion. An authority enters a paper only after its full text has been read and recorded.

Every citation checked

Each citation is checked at its reporter location before it can reach a draft. A citation that cannot be verified is struck.

A filing gate over every paper

Authority, argument, form, forum, sources, exhibits, service, dates, parties and numbers, measured on the finished page the way a clerk measures it.

Kept on your machine

Matters, evidence and drafts stay on the computer the kit runs on. Every release is signed with Ed25519, verified before it installs, and ships only after its safeguards are shown catching the defects they guard.

The evaluation report states each result with its sample size, run date and source. The security page states each control with the evidence for it.
